Diversity Statement

Our mission is to be one of the best hockey clubs in the country from a playing and social point of view. We do not believe that this can be achieved without a diverse community of hockey players at all levels.

At Croydon and Old Whitgiftian Hockey Club we are invested in having a well-rounded and inclusive environment that fosters a collaborative and inspiring Club culture. We pride ourselves in doing this by promoting a compassionate and forward-thinking society.

We do not discriminate on any basis e.g. race, colour, religion, sex, marital status, gender, citizenship, age, disabilities, sexual orientation or any other basis prohibited by law.

Culturally, we promote a sense of inclusion, belonging, and emotional engagement with the Club and our collective objectives. A tolerant and safe, friendly and collaborative culture is therefore a critical complement to our diversity and Club goals.
