Congratulations to everyone involved in the Men's 3s and 4s, who both yesterday secured promotions with emphatic wins. Men's 3s beat Spencer 4-0 and 4s beat Leatherhead 7-0.

Two promotions secured with a chance that both Men's 1s, top of their league, and 2s, 4th in their league, could also secure promotion. This following last season when we secured 3 promotions and two league titles is an excellent achievement for the club.

For the 3s this means back to back promotions following up last year's championship winning season.

For the 4s it will be extremely sweet, missing out on promotion last year narrowly, they were hungry for it.

Both teams are a win away from securing their league titles and know that the job isn't done yet, they want to round the season off in style.

So again congratulations to all involved, in particular the skippers, Adam du Pre and Adam Williams.

Next year we're aiming to start new teams for both our men's and ladies sections.
