Hockey end of Season Dinner Dance 22nd April 2017

Pre Dinner Canapés

• Saltfish Fritters or Vegetable Fritters served with Sweet chili dip
• Mini Vegetarian Quiches
• Hand cut potato wedges with a smoked paprika mayonnaise
• Baby gem lettuce with merirose prawns

Main course

• Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb with a Red Wine Sauce; or
• Oven Baked Jerk Chicken Supreme stuffed with Sweat Peppers; or
• Vegetarian Lasagne (V)

• Crushed New Potatoes; and
• Seasonal Vegetables

Dessert

• Apple Crumble with Custard; or
• Strawberry Cheesecake

After the meal, Coffee and Tea will be served along with cheese and biscuits
