Training runs (subject to snow!!) from August to April. With a short break for Christmas and New Year.
Ladies training is held on a Tuesday night at Monks Hill Sports Centre from 20.00-21.30.
Men's Performance training is held on a Wednesday night at Whitgift School from 19.30-21.00.
Men's Club training (M3,M4,M5) is held on a Thursday night at Monks Hill Sports Centre from 19:30-21:00.
